Evaluated full bank loan portfolio in preparation for loan sale and business development activity with commercial lenders.  Provided and managed credit approval for approximately 80 small/medium size business relationships with credit facilities totaling approximately $35 million.  Exercised individual lending authority up to $750,000.  Credit, Loan Documentation, and Collateral Examination and Review.  Restructured portfolio to reduce risk/improve collateral/improve profitability.  Coordinated due diligence through sales agent for successful loan portfolio sale.
