As a Bank Executive with over 25 years experience in top leadership positions and extensive experience in commercial lending and business development, provides full range of financial review services.         

President and CEO, First Tier Bank & Trust, 2005-2010

Responsible for all aspects of administration, including strategic planning, asset//liability management, regulatory compliance, and development and implementation of strategies to meet and exceed profit plan.  Key Accomplishments:  Avoided the severe loan problems which affected the other three banks in the holding company, which ultimately resulted in loan losses in excess of $160 million, while maintaining prudent growth (total assets grew from $213 million to $245 million) and loan quality ratios far above industry and peer standards. Completed construction of the newest branch on time and under budget.  Branch exceeded all loan and deposit goals for its first 24 months of operation.  After the consolidation of four banks into a single bank, responsible for market management of a three-county area, commercial business development and customer retention. 

Senior Vice President - Senior Loan Administrator, First Tier Bank & Trust, 1993-2003

Responsible for all aspects of the lending function - promoted to Executive Vice President in 2002.  Key Accomplishments: Key contributor in transforming a $71-million poor-performing bank with serious loan problems into a highly profitable organization.  ROE increased from 9.06% to an average of 22.68% of the last three years. Key member of the senior management team that transformed a small under-performing bank with serious loan problems into a high performance entity with the best loan quality ratios of the four banks within the holding company.  Grew and diversified a $30-million loan portfolio to $102-million through business development and new product offerings.  Personally responsible for new business development that increased the commercial portfolio from $7 to 52 million.  Developed lender incentive plan, which dramatically increased fee income. 

Vice President - Regional Commercial Lender, Key Bank, 1981-1993

Responsible for the development of profitable quality commercial relationships in a two county area.  Supervised three lenders and four support staff.  Exceeded volume goals virtually every year and recognized for highest loan quality portfolio six consecutive times.
