Known for his expertise in real estate transactions and brokerage, Robert brings over 25 years’ experience leading technical teams on numerous environmental and real estate development projects. His experience covers both Phase 1 and Phase 2 level site investigations associated with brownfield property redevelopment.

He has directed projects involving environmental site investigation assessment and remediation, petroleum storage tank removals and building demolition. Both a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Real Estate Instructor, Robert has assessed the real estate valuation potential and performed financial analysis on countless brownfield transactions.

He has incorporated the use of various risk hedging and management strategies to assist sellers with contaminated property divestitures. He has directed over 2500 projects to successful completion and is trusted as a strong project leader, well versed in financial modeling, negotiating deals, and acquiring and managing commercial and industrial properties.

Robert’s professional experience includes brownfield site redevelopment of commercial and industrial properties, preparation of environmental impact statements, and commercial property rehabilitation. Robert has lectured to a wide range of professionals at workshops and seminars on environmental liability risk minimization in property transactions.
